If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help.

Need to Return a
Product?

For consumer safety, we do not offer returns
on consumable supplements, unless the product is faulty or you have received an
incorrect order.

All approved Returns will be exchanged for Store Credit of equivalent
value.

Standard Return
Conditions

All returns must be:

  • in it’s original condition
  • all seals must be intact and product unopened

Are there any
charges for Returns?

  • the original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • faulty product or incorrect order –  will be re-imbursed along with your
    return shipping costs

How do I return?

How soon will I get
my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will
    send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • You will be notified of your store credit within 5
    business days of receiving the faulty item.
